The MicroNet Genesis V, 3U-16 Bay SAS to SAS/SATA RAID subsystem offers unsurpassed data availability along with exceptional manageability. A firmware-embedded Web Browser-based RAID manager enables local or remote configuration and management. The Genesis V SMTP manager monitors all system events and notifications automatically and also allows remote monitoring via LAN with no SNMP agent required.

MicroNet’s Genesis V comes populated with SATA drives for low cost data storage and is upgradeable to SAS drives for more data-intensive applications. Supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5, 6, 30, 50, 60 and JBOD, the Genesis V also supports online Array roaming, online RAID level/stripe size migration and online capacity expansion with simultaneous RAID level migration.
